  • 2. Do you offer owner-occupied or consumer home loans?

    No traditional consumer mortgages. All Dial Lending programs are business-purpose only. In some cases, we can lend where a primary residence is involved if proceeds are strictly used for business purposes and funds are disbursed to a business account, subject to underwriting and regulations.

  • 3. What types of loans does Dial Lending offer?

    We offer:
